FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

 How long does shipping take?

We use Australia Post for all of our orders, We ship all of our orders within 1-2 business days. If there is a delay in your order we will be in contact with you. Feel free to email us any questions regarding time frames on shipping email: liescollective@gmail.com. If you're in Newcastle we can deliver/organise collection.

 

 

Can i track my order?

Once your order has been placed you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. When we dispatch your order you will receive a tracking link in which you can track your order.

 

 

What happened if I put the wrong size / address?

Don't stress, this happens more than you think.... If this happens to you please act quick. As we ship orders out quite quickly we will need to be notified ASAP by either emailing us at liescollective@gmail.com or call 0487591781. To make things a little easier have your order number handy.

 

 

What payment methods can I use?

Online we accept PayPal, Afterpay, or credit card through shop pay. Alternatively you can contact our store on 0487591781 and we can arrange payment via direct deposit. 

 

 

Will my shirts shrink in the wash? 

All our garments are pre shrunk to minimise any shrinkage.
