Please include your order number or proof of purchase so we can process it quickly.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
No problem — we’re happy to help with an exchange within 30 days.
Just email us at sales@liescollective.com with your order number and what you’d like to swap to.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
We cover the cost of sending your new item back out to you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace or refund it straight away.
Just send us a photo to sales@liescollective.com and we’ll sort it fast.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Preorders
Preorder items are made to order and cannot be returned once shipped.
If you need to change your preorder item, please contact us before it ships and we’ll do our best to help.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item is valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive untracked returns.
