🚚 Shipping & Delivery
All orders are packed and dispatched from our Newcastle, NSW warehouse.
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
📦 Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
We do not pack or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (sales, product drops, Christmas etc.), dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
🇦🇺 Delivery Timeframes (From Newcastle, NSW)
Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:
Standard Parcel Post
NSW (metro & regional): 1–3 business days
QLD / VIC (metro): 2–4 business days
SA / TAS: 3–6 business days
WA / NT: 5–8 business days
Express Post
NSW metro: Next business day (in most cases)
East Coast metro (QLD / VIC): 1–2 business days
SA / TAS: 1–3 business days
WA / NT: 2–4 business days
Delivery speeds may vary depending on your exact postcode and Australia Post network conditions.
📍 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email from Australia Post.
You can follow your parcel in real time using the tracking link provided.
If you can’t find your tracking email, check your junk/spam folder first — then contact us and we’ll resend it.
⚠️ Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Because we dispatch quickly, we can’t guarantee address changes after your order has shipped — but we’ll always do our best to help.
