We want you to absolutely love your Lies Collective gear. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right!
Please note:

Pre-orders are non-returnable as they are custom-made just for you.

We happily accept refunds and exchanges on eligible orders.
📅 30-Day Returns Window
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

No refunds for change of mind purchases.

Refunds are only offered if the item is damaged or defective.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
🧾 What You’ll Need
To complete your return or exchange, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm it has been received and let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 days.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

Then, contact your credit card company — sometimes it takes time before your refund officially appears.

Next, check with your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@liescollective.com and we’ll help you out.

We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
