💛 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Lies Collective gear. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right!

Please note:

  • Pre-orders are non-returnable as they are custom-made just for you.

  • We happily accept refunds and exchanges on eligible orders.


📅 30-Day Returns Window

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • No refunds for change of mind purchases.

  • Refunds are only offered if the item is damaged or defective.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


🧾 What You’ll Need

To complete your return or exchange, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.


💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm it has been received and let you know whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 days.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company — sometimes it takes time before your refund officially appears.

  • Next, check with your bank, as processing times can vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@liescollective.com and we’ll help you out.


♻️ Exchanges (if applicable)

We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at sales@liescollective.com with your order details and a note about what you’d like to swap.
